Each vintage always shows emotions. Every vintage is different, our goal is to tell, interpret and celebrate, year after year, the peculiarities of our territories of grapes.
The 30 hectares of land that lie between Marsala, Mazara and Salemi, express the typical Sicilian territory of vineyards inherited from our forefathers.

Marsala grapes for excellence, they grow with great structure and minerals. Harvested by hand in small boxes, they are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The fermentation is controlled at a constant temperature of 16/18° C and aging takes place in stainless steel vats for more than 4 months. After bottling they are stored for at least a month before being marketed.

During tasting you can feel hints of fresh fruit and vegetable which is typically Mediterranean, fresh and fruity. We recommend pairing with dishes of fish, grilled white meat and seasoned rice.
Nero d'Avola

Sicilian origins, grown typically of inland hilly areas, the grapes of the Nero d’Avola express all the Sicilian terroir. Harvested by hand in small boxes, de-stemmed and macerated at a controlled temperature between 24 and 27° C. Aging takes place in stainless steel vats for 4 months.

During the tasting you may notice the bright red color with pleasant aromas of fruity red berries. Young, warm and harmonious. We recommend enjoying with red meat, game and soft cheeses.
